 The Management of CMG Club are committed to providing services that consistently meet our client’s needs and expectations for Quality and Value

Accordingly, the following policies have been established to ensure profitable business development, for the benefit of all stakeholders

· To implement and maintain a Quality Management System that will meet applicable requirements.

· To ensure that Measurable Objectives are defined, focused upon business needs, customer satisfaction and continual improvement, for all levels and functions

· To seek continual improvement in our Products Processes, and the Quality Management System, to ensure that our customers perception of the company’s services is further enhanced.

· To develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers and sub-contractors

· To Foster a spirit of Teamwork, through Empowerment, recognizing the part all employees must play in the continuing success of the Company

· To ensure the maximum utilization of our most important resource- our people, through ongoing training and career development

· This policy may be made available to interested parties on demand

As the Chairman, I accept ultimate responsibility for Quality, and have delegated this responsibility to the Management Team, who will through example, and direction, ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the Organisation.
